Lesson Plan 1 describes how to write coherent paragraphs in the observation section of academic report writing and how to sum up ideas in the conclusion section.

Lesson Plan 2 describes the use of linguistic features associated with specific text styles.

  •  To practice how to sum up ideas for  conclusion part
  • To do an online Google presentation
  • To identify the focused and targeted feedback given by teacher

LESSON PLAN 2

Students will be able 

  • To know about the phrases and verbs commonly used in construction of reports 
  • To support students to create an independent report
  •  To understand more about the use of phrases by doing an online activity
  •  To recognize the evaluation criteria by using online rubric

Outcome:

  • To write paragraphs appropriately
  • To know how to sum up ideas in a concise and precise way
  • To improve their digital skills while writing a Google presentation
  • To recognize teachers' feedback as defining learning goals

  • To create an independent report on any given topic
  • To judge their own work through rubrics
