In this episode, we chatted with two very special guests from the U.S. Department of State, Dr. Dawn Rogier and Juan Carlos Rivera. We discussed the issues of using copyrighted materials to teach online courses. We also learned about fair use, open educational resources (OERs), and Regional English Language Officers (RELOs). Our guests shared advice and resources to use OERs to teach English online.
