2025 Election Ballot

by Rita Buckner |

We have identified several reasons why members may not have received a ballot.

Email Delivery Issues: Members have to add the election vendor as a safe sender to their contacts. The election vendor info is TESOL@intelliscanvotes.com. If members do not add this email to their contact list, they may not receive the email to vote because it will be blocked.

In some cases, the email may have been directed to spam or junk folder. We recommend checking these folders in case the email was misdirected.

Outdated Email Address Issues: If your email address on file is outdated or incorrect, it may have caused the ballot to be undeliverable. Please verify that you have updated your email in TESOL’s database.

Expired Membership Issues: The election email only goes out to members in good standing. Please verify that your membership is current. Expired members will not receive the email to vote. If you are not sure of your membership status, please contact David Anderson at danderson@tesol.org.

For additional assistance, please view the 2025 TESOL Election slate and a video which details what to do if you have not received your election email.
