1. Upload a tabular or table XSLX (Excel) file or a character separated values or comma delimited (CSV) file containing 1 student per line with a column each for first name, last name, and email. Files not in this format or with incomplete information will not be processed and student membership won't be activated.

2. Complete this form listing your students. If you have more students than space within the form, you will need to complete multiple forms.
