Registration Policies

Please read all instructions and policies carefully before registering for the TESOL International Convention & Expo. By completing registration for the convention, you consent to abide by the policies outlined below. Any questions about policies should be addressed to conventions@tesol.org.

Payment

Credit cards, checks, and purchase orders are accepted as a form of payment. Check payment must be postmarked no later than 1 March 2025. TESOL reserves the right to cancel registration if payment is not received/postmarked by 1 March 2025. Purchase order payment must be received by 1 April 2025. 

Refunds

Refunds are not issued on site. You must request a refund in writing, and it must be received by 1 March 2025. A U.S.$75 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Fees for the following are nonrefundable:

  • Preconvention Institutes (PCIs)
  • Graduate Student Forum
  • TESOL Membership Dues

Cancellations

TESOL reserves the right to cancel any events because of low registration or events beyond TESOL's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different event or receive a full refund.

Consent to Use of Recorded Images and Audio

By registering, attending, or participating in meetings and other activities sponsored by TESOL International Association, you agree to allow TESOL International Association to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.
