Cancellations to room reservations after 1 February 2025 will incur a one-time housing cancellation processing fee of $75 per room. You must contact tesol@showcare.com to request cancellation. 

Cancellations or changes as of Wednesday, 26 February 2025, must be made directly with the hotels after you receive the confirmation email from the hotel. Change requests will be made on a space-available basis.

Cancellation requests received by the hotel 72 hours or less prior to arrival and no-shows will forfeit the one-night room & tax deposit, and the rest of the stay will be cancelled. TESOL is not responsible for no-shows or early departure fees charged by the hotels or rooms resold due to non-arrival.

TESOL takes no responsibility should a room preference not be available at check-in. Please visit the hotels’ websites for check-in and check-out times.
