Charge
The Finance Committee reviews TESOL’s proposed budget, analyzing it and presenting recommendations to the board of directors. The committee also drafts financial policies for presentations to the board, annually reviews TESOL’s investment portfolio, reviews TESOL’s quarterly financial reports, and review’s TESOL’s annual audit report.
Qualifications
Members of the Finance Committee must be TESOL members in good standing and currently serving on the TESOL board of directors.
